Male anatomy seems pretty basic: the testicles produce the sperm that is ejaculated out of the penis during intercourse. However, to truly understand the male orgasm, you'll need a better idea of how everything works.

The Penis

The penis is comprised of a number of parts: the shaft, the urethra, the corpus spongiosum and a large number of sensitive nerve endings. At the head of the penis is the glans, which is covered with the foreskin in uncircumcised men. During erection, blood is carried to the penis, causing it to become erect.
