Cunnilingus feels wonderful and can be a great pleasure to give. However, many people men and women, both! let issues of cleanliness or technique get in the way of enjoying oral sex. There's no reason to avoid oral sex, especially if you follow a few suggestions.
Keep it Clean
If you and/or your partner are worried about you smell or taste, take a shower together before oral play. Use some sensual bath products to make the experience erotic. After your shower, keep a package of sex wipes handy in case she starts feeling not-so-fresh during oral sex. If she starts to worry that she tastes unpleasant, reassure her that she looks, smells and tastes delicious. Using flavored sex products can help both of you enjoy the experience.
Play with Foreplay
Don't look at cunnilingus as foreplay; instead, make it the main event. Lead up to oral sex with lots of kissing and touching. Stroke her neck, shoulders, arms and legs. Spend time caressing her breasts, possibly using some nipple toys for additional excitement. As your partner indicates she's ready for more, usually with increased breathing and other physical signs of arousal, move down to her pelvic region, kissing and stroking her belly, inner thighs and mount of Venus. Use a light touch, which will send erotic chills throughout her body.
Communicating
Every woman's body is different, which means that women enjoy different types of stimulation. However, not every woman is comfortable talking about what she likes. If your partner falls into this category, see if she can give you direction as to whether she likes it harder, faster, slower or softer. Pay attention to her nonverbal cues, such as stiffening, goose bumps, increased natural lubrication, rapid breathing and writhing. If your partner is comfortable telling you what she likes and doesn't like, follow her directions! She knows what pleases her most, but if you pay attention, you can, too.
Giving Oral Sex
Before you begin to pleasure her orally, fill your mouth with saliva so your mouth isn't dry during cunnilingus, which can hurt her. After you have kissed, stroked and/or licked the area around her vagina, gently spread her pubic lips, revealing her clitoris. Don't attack her love button be gentle with her clit until she directs otherwise. As she breathes faster and tenses her body, increase your pace and intensity, varying the way you lick her vulva, labia, clitoris and vaginal opening. When she indicates you?re doing something she likes, keep at it until she relaxes again. Try not to hold back the clitoral hood unless she asks you to; the clitoris is very sensitive, and not every woman enjoys direct stimulation to it. Most women enjoy intense stimulation up to and through the time they orgasm. Don't stop until she indicates she's climaxed.
Fancy Moves
While you're performing oral sex on her, try a couple of fancy moves, sure to get her attention and give her pleasure:
- Trace the alphabet on her clit with your tongue. Because this move doesn't usually lead directly to orgasm, this is a good move to use toward the beginning of your oral play.
- Circle her clitoris with just the tip of your tongue, applying a light, direct touch until she screams for more.
Insert your tongue into her vagina during oral sex, moving it in large circles while inside her.
- Incorporate analingus into your oral lovemaking. Not every woman will enjoy rimming, so allow her to set the pace.
- When you sense she is getting ready to climax, insert a finger into her rectum. Sometimes this small nudge will send her over the edge.
When you repeat the same motion too much, she can become desensitized to it, so vary your technique until she builds to an orgasm.
Add Toys to the Fun
Adding sex toys to cunnilingus is an extremely popular way to add spice to your oral lovemaking. Use a small bullet vibe to enhance your tongue play or a dildo or anal toy to add penetration. Always use lots of lubricant when you're inserting anything, and don't forget to clean your toys when you're done.
